کنتاکتورها و رله‌های اضافه بار ABB

رله اضافه بار الکترونیکی خود تغذیه، به این معنی که هیچ منبع تغذیه خارجی اضافی مورد نیاز نیست. این رله در صورت اضافه بار یا قطع فاز، محافظت قابل اعتماد و سریعی را برای موتورها ارائه می‌دهد. این رله اضافه بار الکترونیکی که مانند یک رله اضافه بار حرارتی به راحتی قابل استفاده است و با کاربردهای استاندارد موتور سازگار است، بیش از همه به دلیل محدوده تنظیم گسترده، دقت بالا، محدوده دمای عملیاتی بالا و امکان انتخاب کلاس تریپ (10E، 20E، 30E) قانع کننده است. از دیگر ویژگی‌های آن می‌توان به جبران دما، کنتاکت تریپ (NC)، کنتاکت سیگنال (NO)، قابلیت تنظیم مجدد خودکار یا دستی، مکانیزم بدون تریپ، عملکرد توقف و تست و نشانگر تریپ اشاره کرد. رله‌های اضافه بار مستقیماً به کنتاکتورها متصل می‌شوند.

Self-supplied electronic overload relay, which means no extra external
supply is needed. It offers reliable and fast protection for motors in the event of overload or
phase failure. Easy to use like a thermal overload relay and compatible with standard motor
applications, the electronic overload relay is convincing, above all, due to its wide setting
range, high accuracy, high operational temperature range and the possibility to select a trip
class (10E, 20E, 30E). Further features are the temperature compensation, trip contact
(NC), signal contact (NO), automatic- or manual reset selectable, trip-free mechanism,
STOP- and Test function and a trip indication. The overload relays are connected directly to
the contactors.
